The second weekend of the Call of Duty: WWII private multiplayer beta is already live

Get your hands on WWII 24 hours earlier than anticipated—again.

Activision and Sledgehammer Games have done it again—the WWII private multiplayer beta is now live on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Last Thursday, the WWII beta went live one day earlier than anticipated, so many fans were expecting the same thing to happen this week. And those fans were correct—the WWII beta is live and playable as of 1pm ET today (Aug. 31) on PS4 and Xbox One.

After a successful first weekend of the WWII beta, which ran from Aug. 24 to 28, players have been gifted an extra 24 hours to enjoy this highly-anticipated game.

This weekend is the last time period planned for the WWII beta to be available on console, however.

Get ready to play a lot of Call of Duty over the next few days, because the second weekend of the WWII beta is scheduled to end on Sept. 4 at 1pm ET.
