The final Bot is found in the final area before you reach the checkered flag. You know you are in the final area when you go through a small waterfall to an enemy that throws its helmet at you.

Immediately turn around, and you’ll see the Bot behind you out of reach. Defeat the helmet enemy to get a flower and jump up on some of the smaller platforms to get enough height to launch you to the Bot and defeat the lone enemy to secure it.

When traversing through the starting area before blowing up a boulder with a stick of dynamite to drop into the underground caverns, you need to take the dynamite instead to a side path to blow up an alternative wall. The Puzzle Piece is behind it.

The second and final Puzzle Piece of the area is found the moment you drop into the underground for the first time. Head right, and there is a pullable cable that gives you a fan. Press the Square button, and you ascend to the higher platform.

There is a goo enemy in front of you. Kill it, and beneath its corpse is a blue X you need to spin-attack on to drop down into a puzzle that hides the final Puzzle Piece.
