Profit, a former member of SK Telecom T1 and Ninjas in Pyjamas, has had an indifferent year. After joining NiP in the 2017 Summer Split, Profit was seen as the main figurehead of the team, who were looking to push themselves towards a playoff spot.

Instead, NiP finished last in the group at the end of the split and ended up being relegated from the EU LCS after failing to win promotion in the 2018 EU LCS Spring Promotion Tournament.

ROCCAT hasn’t announced who the other four members of its 2018 roster will be, but according to a report by ESPN, the new-look ROCCAT could include former Ninjas in Pyjamas ADC Martin “HeaQ” Kordmaa, former Schalke 04 players Jonas “Memento” Elmarghichi and Tore “Norskeren” Hoel Eilertsen, and Jin “Blanc” Seong-min, formerly of Paris Saint-Germain and Jin Air Greenwings.

ROCCAT finished fourth overall in both the 2017 Spring and Summer Splits in the EU LCS. The organize will be looking to improve on the team’s results and challenge the top rosters next season for those all-important playoff spots.
