Epic Games teases new skydiving trails coming to Fortnite this week

More customization items are on the way.

Epic Games has offered a short look at a new upcoming customization item coming to Fortnite: Battle Royale with this week’s season three Battle Pass.

The new customization, Skydiving Trails, gives you yet another way to differentiate from the crowd as you will leave a distinct trail behind you after you jump from the Battle Bus.

There will be five total Skydiving Trails to earn from season three’s Battle Pass, but it’s possible that even more could be added to the game via the in-game store. Those will need to be purchased with V-Bucks.

Another new item coming with season three is called Back Bling. These are accessories worn on your character’s back that add no tactical advantage other than looking cool on the battlefield.

Season three’s Battle Pass will go live after the 3.0 update on Thursday, Feb. 22. It will cost 950 V-Bucks and give access to 100 tiers of unlocks throughout the season, which is scheduled to end on April 30.
