Kang Dong-hoon, Longzhu’s head coach, expressed his gratitude towards SSONG and the work he put in over the past three months and said that he will continue to support SSONG in his future endeavours.

The announcement did not give a reason for SSONG’s sudden departure, leaving many puzzled, especially with Longzhu currently doing well in the LCK, as well as SSONG’s long history with Kim “PraY” Jong-in and Kang “GorillA” Beom-hyeon, spanning all the way back to 2014 on Najin and continuing through to the Koo/ROX Tigers and now on Longzhu. SSONG’s future plans have not yet been announced.
