How to get a mount in Devas of Creation

Getting your mount in Devas of Creation makes your life way easier, as it allows you to travel easily to and from different places without using your precious teleporting resources. 

Roblox’s Devas of Creation is an MMORPG experience where you travel to different places, slay foes, and level up your character to unlock new abilities. Having a mount like a horse, quickly in the early game allows you to travel quickly to any place and spend your time making yourself stronger to face the stronger bosses without wasting any time. 

Here’s everything you need to know about getting your first mount in Devas of Creation.

You have a myriad of ways to get yourself a mount in Roblox’s Devas of Creation, and we’ve listed the best method for you below to quickly get yourself a traveling companion:

1) Main questline

While progressing through the game’s main storyline, you should stumble upon the “In Pursuit of Glimmershade” quest, where you will have to head south of the Town of Viridis and go east of the Elder Woods area to find the Zorin NPC, who gives you a big quest. If you complete it, you get a Turtle pet. It appeared for me at level 17, so make sure you are following the main questline to get the mount naturally from Zorin. 

2) Meet Zorin

Now, if you missed the questline or just simply want a different mount than the turtle, you can meet Zorin and do either of the repeatable quests “Can I get a pet?” and “Path of the Rider.” These quests give you a chest that has a three percent chance of spawning mounts and even other pets who help you in battle. If you don’t get a pet, make sure to grind the quests, open the chests, and get your hands on the mount of your desire. 

3) Market

As you explore the Town of Viridis, you should also come across the Market where the seller and other players on the server put their items, including pets, up for sale. You can also purchase an evolved pet here which can directly be used for mounting. However, the prices here are very inflated, so make sure to always check the space for a reasonably priced mount and purchase it using Essence Tokens. 

4) Seasonal Pass

The game also features a Seasonal Pass which you can upgrade for 1,500 Robux to get access to the premium rewards, including the pig mount, which gets unlocked quite early at level 24. You can also get the free legendary Stormscale mount at level 81, but it’ll require you to reach the late game, so that might not be a viable strategy. 

5) In-game Store

If you didn’t like any of the options above, it’s time to take out your wallet and spend some Robux to get your mount directly. You can get the Horse Mount for 349 Robux and obtain the pet. You still need to reach level 10 to be able to use the Mount, so make sure to reach that level before making the purchase. Now, if you want to get yourself a fancy mount like the Stormscale, Mammoth, or Bonecrusher, then you can also buy the chest for 49 Robux—but it only has a one percent chance of obtaining these mounts. 

Keep in mind, you can’t directly use the mount after you obtain it, as you will have to nurture them as your pets first. To nurture them as your pets, simply press “`” on your keyboard to open the backpack and drop the pet into your inventory slot. Now your pet moves around with you everywhere, takes a little bit of your XP, and levels up continuously. The pet slows your level progress, so make sure you quickly get a lot of XP by killing enemy mobs to level your pet up. After it reaches level 10, you can use it as your mount and continue your adventures.
