GTA NoPixel’s police chief says he’s quitting

"I just wanna stream and have a good time."

Twitch streamer uhSnow, who’s become very popular through his role as Officer Snow, chief of police on the Grand Theft Auto V NoPixel server, claimed yesterday that he’s leaving Server One due to drama and toxicity in his chat.

NoPixel offers several different servers, with Server One being mostly reserved for well-known Twitch streamers like Dimitri “Greekgodx” Antonatos, Chance “Sodapoppin” Morris, and Jaryd “Summit1G” Lazar. With that prestige comes increased viewership, which can in turn bring more drama and negativity.

In a since-deleted Twitch clip that can be viewed below, Snow told his chat that he plans on moving to Server Two soon.

“I can’t be bothered to deal with the bullshit in chat anymore,” Snow said. “I just wanna stream and have a good time. If you do something that the other side doesn’t like, it’s just like, you’re a cunt, you know? It’s like [the] streamer, the RPer, and the person are labeled as a piece of shit because of something that happens in a roleplay game.”

As chief of police, viewers from other streams appear to be sending hate Snow’s way whenever any of the many NoPixel police officers do something they don’t like.

It’s not uncommon for streamers to say things in the heat of the moment that they retract the very next day. Whether Snow is serious about moving to Server Two will likely be cleared up the next time he streams.

The tension with “the other side” that Snow is referring to is likely related to similar incidents as the one between Buddha and the police. Snow’s frustrations seem to be an example of the rising animosity toward players who choose to roleplay as law enforcement on NoPixel.
