Team Reciprocity is the first team to qualify for R6 U.S. Nationals

Team Reciprocity earns a shot at redemption.

After finishing third in the NA division of R6 Pro League, Team Reciprocity is on the rise as the first team to qualify for the R6 U.S. Nationals. A huge number of teams tried, but only Rec has succeeded thus far.

Ending the regular season just three points short of going to Milan, Rec is clearly hungry for victory. Rec won the best-of-three final against Our Bad, 2-0. While fans may recognize Our Bad from Challenger League season nine, they will definitely recognize them from their upsetting win over Rogue in a previous Western Conference final.

Rec’s win over Our Bad not only gives fans their first R6 U.S. Nationals qualifier, but it also gives Rec a second wind in competitive play.

The R6 U.S. Nationals will take place in December 2019, but the battle for a qualifying spot continues tomorrow, May 2 at 7pm CT with the Eastern Conference finals.

As always, fans can catch the official broadcast here.
