It seems like December is the month of skins, with Warring Kingdoms skins being teased a short time ago. But now, the February skins, Heartseeker Lucian and Quinn, have also found their way onto the PBE.

These skins most likely won’t come out until February of next year, with the Warring Kingdom skins due to hit the Rift first. Lucian and Quinn will probably have their new skins officially released around Valentine’s Day, which is normally when the Heartseeker skins have gone public in the past.
