Respawn Entertainment’s Apex Legends, the free-to-play battle royale shooter that’s set in the Titanfall universe, was released just over three weeks ago. Since then, it’s exploded, pulling in millions of downloads, hosting multiple tournaments, and setting records.

The world of cosplay seems to grace every popular video game on the market, and Apex is no exception. If you head down to your local gaming convention or esports arena, you’ll soon see dozens of kids dressed from head to toe in Fortnite attire.

And even though Apex is still a relatively new game, in comparison to some of the cosplay-friendly giants of the gaming world, like League of Legends, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft, it hasn’t stopped cosplayers from getting out the sewing kit and splashing their faces with makeup.

It’s still early days, and there’s undoubtedly going to be more incredible costumes in the future, but here’s a look at some of the best Apex cosplays so far.
