Marvel Snap Steampunk Variant Rush: All variants, drop rates, and more

Don't miss out on these unique variants.

Marvel Snap is full of iconic characters from the Marvel universe equipped with unique power and abilities to impact gameplay. The base cards provide dozens of options for decks and collections that can be upgraded as players increase their collection level. However, there are also card variants featuring unique takes on each character or different artwork from other iconic artists.

These variants are often highly sought-after, as they add further depth to the collectible appeal of Marvel Snap.

The Steampunk variants are the latest alternate cards added to Marvel Snap, adding a fun steampunk version of five different cards. You’ll only have a chance to get these unique variants during the Steampunk Variant Rush event, so log in and try your luck when opening Collector’s Reserves.

All cards in the Marvel Snap Steampunk Variant Rush event

The Steampunk Variant Rush event runs from March 21 to April 4.

The following cards have a steampunk variant. Each of these variants have increased drop rates during the event, with the chance of pulling one of these increased from five percent to 10 percent, according to the developers.

  • Bishop
  • Cerebro
  • Falcon
  • Shocker
  • Yellowjacket

There are also three titles included in the event:

  • Steam Powered
  • Fully Leatherclad
  • The Googles Do Nothing!

Each time you open a Collector’s Reserve during the event, you’ll have a chance to open one of the new variants. Players must ensure they’re on the March 21 patch to have a chance of acquiring the new variants.

The steampunk variants don’t change the base abilities or powers of the cards. They only change the artwork and add a new card to your collection. This means you’ll have another card to upgrade, making it easier to raise your collection level. Fans of the steampunk genre should consider grinding the next two weeks to try and open a full collection of the steampunk variants.
