The v8.20 update will be released on Wednesday, March 27 at 4am CT, Epic Games announced today.

We already have a pretty good idea of what to expect from the v8.20 update. Epic has confirmed that the Arena Mode for the Fortnite World Cup qualifiers will be launched alongside the start of the v8.20 update.

In addition, part of the v8.20 patch notes was released a few days ago—and fans learned about some of the bug fixes that Epic plans to implement. Epic also teased The Floor is Lava LTM in yesterday’s in-game News message—and based on Epic tweeting “feel the burn” when revealing the update’s release date, it’s safe to assume that this LTM will be added to the game on Wednesday.

There’s a lot to look forward to in the next Fortnite update, and it all starts at 4am CT on March 27.
