Last week, Team SoloMid dropped Noah “Cowboy” Cmiel from their three-man Fortnite roster after allegations surfaced about him sending inappropriate messages to a 16-year-old girl. As a result, Cowboy deactivated his social media accounts and deleted his Discord.

Now, Cowboy has reactivated his Twitter to release his first response to the claims put towards him. “The suggestion that I would hit on underage girls on Twitter is ridiculous and totally false,” Cowboy says.

The allegations sparked from Twitch streamer Faith, who accused Cowboy of messaging an underage girl while married. She went on to show her stream screenshots of the messages, one of which included his Discord tag. Cowboy responded with a short message in his stream chat, saying that he is not married and that he is not a pedophile. Shortly after, TSM dropped him from their Fortnite lineup.

Cowboy claimed that he is still trying to get to “the bottom of the situation” and that he has been focused on clearing things up with his girlfriend and family. You can read his full statement in the tweet below.
