You can increase your Stamina in Creatures of Ava through two methods to ensure you’re always running in the creature-saver game.
While stamina boosters temporarily buff endurance, Stamina Kits are one of the three upgrades that permanently upgrade Vic’s kit. Like Backpack Pockets and Health Kits, Stamina Kits are hidden across four biomes: Tamura Grasslands, Nari Jungle, Maruba Swamp, and Antar Dunes.
Several locations task you with completing the quests and unlock parts of the map, with a few kit locations requiring you to return with new abilities in your kit. We found Stamina Kits in all the biomes in Creatures of Ava; however, once you leave a biome, you won’t be able to return, with the Tamura Grasslands the only exception. This means you must discover and collect all the Permanent Upgrades in each biome before leaving.
Here are all the Stamina Kit locations across the Creatures of Ava map.
Creatures of Ava Tamura Grasslands Stamina Kit locations
We came across three Stamina Kits in Tamua Grasslands in Creatures of Ava. Fortunately, all of them are very close to each other:
1) Next to the wooden bridge
- Head west of the Antaris hermitage to find several wooden bridges over the water bodies.
- Find the longest wooden bridge with a small shack and a ladder.
- Climb the shack using the ladder to find the Stamina Kit.
2) Behind a Yellow Witherbloom
- Navigate to the area with a tiny waterfall and a pond.
- Here, you can spot a Yellow Witherbloom.
- Use Krist to clear the infected plant to find a Stamina Kit on the other side.
3) Behind an entrance blocked by vines
- Head west of the Scientific refuge Teleporter to the big brown (muddy) mark. This is slightly north of the first two Stamina Kit locations.
- Use the ladders to climb down to the lower part of the area.
- Use Dhom, the slowing ability, on the stone over the entrance blocked by vines.
- Walk through the entrance and collect the Stamina Kit.
Creatures of Ava Nari Jungle Stamina Kit locations
We discovered two Stamina Kits in the Nari Jungle:
1) North of the Experiment Room
- Head north of the Experiment Room and east of the Root Cave area to reach a small water body in the lower parts of this area. Use creatures to clear entrances.
- Here, you’ll find an infected plant and a Batar.
- Clear the infected plant and use your flute to connect to the Batar.
- Use Batar’s ability to get rid of the vines blocking the entrance with the Stamina Kit.
2) Northeast of the Marsh of shine Teleporter
- Head northeast of the Marsh of shine until you reach a vast area with shallow, bright waters and giant trees.
- Here, you’ll find several infected Yekembos and a ruined structure at the center.
- Use Krist to get rid of the Yekembos infection. Use your flute to control one of the creatures.
- Find a breakable spot on the structure’s walls and use the creature’s ability to ram it, then use the ability again on the pillar at the center.
- Disconnect and navigate your way to the upper parts of the structure.
- Use Dhom to delay the vines blocking the entrance and walk through to find a Stamina Kit.
Creatures of Ava Maruba Swamp Stamina Kit locations
There are two Health Kits available to grab in the Maruba Swamp biome:
1) Inside the Swamp teleport secondary station
- Access the Swamp teleport secondary station by turning on its power.
- Jump to the other side of the broken window to find a Stamina Kit over a desk.
2) Southern edge of the Blue food woods
- Head to New Lan-Lania (unlocked during the final quests in the Swamp biome) to find a direct path to the Blue food woods.
- Here, a few Musi (antler-like creatures) are infected, and you can also spot the glowing Stamina Kit in a corner blocked by a small bush.
- Use your Krist ability to get rid of the creatures’ infection.
- Use your flute to control a Musi and use its ability to clear the blocked entrance to collect the Stamina Kit.
Creatures of Ava Antar Dunes Stamina Kit locations
We came across two Stamina Kits in the final biome in Creatures of Ava, with both the kits being close to each other:
1) South of the Naam camp (slightly to the east)
Leaving the Naam camp to complete your first quest, you can spot a Stamina Kit on the upper parts of the ruins on the left. You can collect this kit after entering the biome, so to get to it, follow these steps:
- Walk over the red spikes with your shield enabled.
- Turn right and then left to climb up to the upper section of the ruins.
- Use Ushun to lift the rock blocking the path to the Stamina Kit.
2) South of the Naam camp (slightly to the west)
Complete the first quest and learn the song of the sand on your flute to tame the creatures in the Antar Dunes. Head to the other side of the ruins where you collected the first Stamina Kit and follow the steps below:
- Clear the infections on creatures in the area.
- Use your flute to tame and connect to a Gelgo (pig-like creature).
- Push the glowing block of rocks using the creature.
- Disconnect and now control the other creature, Ashur (giant antler-like creature).
- Use Ashur’s charge ability to break the pillar in the ruins.
- Walk over the broken pillarand drop down from the gap in the ceiling.
- Clear the Yellow Witherbloom to get to the Stamina Kit covered by the thick vines.
