All North American VALORANT teams

Lots of promise and potential in NA VALORANT.

As professional VALORANT continues to grow at a rapid rate, one region that has captured a ton of attention is North America. Over the first two full years of VCT action in 2021 and 2022, North American teams like Sentinels, OpTic, Cloud9, and others have captured large fan bases and viewership numbers.

Heading into 2023, the scene will shift dramatically as VALORANT esports enters the partnership era, with three top-tier leagues across the world: one for the Americas, one for EMEA, and one for all of Asia.

While the partnered teams are locked into their respective leagues for the foreseeable future, they won’t be alone forever since the Challengers events are being rebranded as a fully-fledged tier-two system. These will lead to Ascension events, where teams can earn two-year promotion windows in the top-tier global leagues.
