Krislund to go full-time with Gambit

Gambit Gaming is set to announce that Kristoffer "Krislund" Albao Lund Pedersen will step into the starting AD Carry role on a permanent basis

Gambit Gaming is set to announce that Kristoffer “Krislund” Albao Lund Pedersen will step into the starting AD Carry role on a permanent basis. The Danish player was acting as a substitute when he replaced the legendary Evgeny “Genja” Andryushin after he stood down for a “prolonged vacation” in August.

There was no guarantee Pedersen would keep the slot. Gambit had been assessing their options as they look to revive their squad, and had been trialling the former SK Prime player Jesper “Niels xD” Svenningsen—best known to some by his previous alias, Zvanillan.

Sources inform the Daily Dot that Pedersen has signed the contract but Gambit Gaming are still waiting on Riot approval before they make an official announcement on their website, in accordance with LCS rules.
