How to convert CS:GO sensitivity to VALORANT

Get ahead of the curve.

If you’re a fan of first-person shooters, VALORANT should be right up your street. Somewhere between Counter-Strike and Overwatch, and developed by Riot Games, it promises to be one of the biggest games of the modern era.

But like any game, it takes time to get used to, including getting accustomed to each of the 19 characters, learning the ins and outs of the maps, and, most importantly, getting familiar with the guns. (It’s an FPS after all.)

If you are interested in getting started with VALORANT and want to come out of the gates swinging, converting your sensitivity over from your favorite shooter is the answer.

Finding the perfect sensitivity can take years, but once you’ve found it, it’s almost impossible to let go. That’s where converting comes in. Instead of finding a new sensitivity, and twiddling away with your settings for hours on end, you can simply convert it over from Counter-Strike.

CS:GO to VALORANT sensitivity conversion rate

If you divide your sensitivity in CS:GO by 3.3735, you’ll get the exact number you need for VALORANT. If you have two sensitivity in CS:GO, for example, it will convert to approximately 0.59 in VALORANT.

  • CS:GO sensitivity divided by 3.3735

To change your sensitivity in VALORANT, head to the Settings menu, click on General Settings, and scroll down to Mouse. There, you can change your sensitivity settings and your scoped sensitivity multiplier by moving the slider.
