On Thursday, November 5th, Unicorns Of Love announced through Facebook that with 2 months to go until the beginning of LCS, they will be rebuilding their team roster around their support and top-laner, “Hylissang” and “Vizicsacsi”. This is due to several circumstances.

Firstly, “Vardags”, their former ad-carry, was moved into the substitute position in September. While no replacement yet announced, we do know that the team will be holding tryouts this month, which will also give “Vardags” a chance to re-join as a starter. We have also learned that “HORO”, the team’s jungler, has decided to stay in Korea to fix some personal issues and won’t be returning to the EU LCS along with the team this season.

Lastly and probably most importantly, the team has also announced the departure of their carry mid laner, “PowerOfEvil”, who has, over his time in the European scene, proven himself as an incredible player. This is especially true for his play on champions such as Syndra, Ezreal and Kog’maw on which he managed huge KDA’s (3.00, 22.00 and 6.14) during the summer split. Though Unicorns of Love did confirm that he will be switching over to a different team, they also wrote that they do not yet know which team he will be joining.

UOL are talking to many players, seasoned veterans and rookies alike, so it will be exciting to see who they will decide to pick up and where “PowerOfEvil” decides to go. Do you think there is a place for him in the NA scene, or will he join one of UOL’s rivals in the EU? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments below.
