Top Korean LoL jungle-mid duos are dominating Patch 14.15 with this ‘dive bros’ champ combo

Time to crush the opposition.

Dive compositions are some of the most aggressive and fun combinations to play in League of Legends, and among the top mid-jungle duos in Korea, one dive champion combo is taking over ranked solo queue through Patch 14.15: Galio and Viego.

These two League champions currently have an impressive 55.9 percent win rate together in Emerald rank and above in Korean solo queue, according to League stats site U.GG. Individually, Galio and Viego have relatively normal win rates through Patch 14.15 when compared to other champions in their respective roles, but when combined, they become a deadly force that can sweep through many teams.

Both champions are known for their ability to jump into the backline and disrupt opposing forces, but their roles on their team are quite different. Galio is meant to cause a massive ruckus for the enemy team by jumping into the fray with his Justice Punch dash, taunting as many foes as possible.

Viego, on the other hand, looks for the right position to attack by activating his Harrowed Path, allowing him to shroud the battlefield in a mist that gives him active camouflage. After dodging around the enemy, he strikes towards the enemy squishies with crucial speed and damage as he lights up the backline with destructive damage.

Together, however, they pose a pair of different threats that can become one of the best wombo combos in the game. Viego can snake his way to the backline before striking, and as the rest of the enemy team turns to defend their backline, Galio can follow up Viego’s dive with his own ultimate, Hero’s Entrance. With Galio’s crowd control and durability, Viego can run rampant against the enemy team as he snowballs through the teamfight with his own ultimate, Heartbreaker.

These two champions pose a destructive threat with a green light for teamfighting, and in a solo queue environment, a well-coordinated duo can climb the ranks with ease.
