Are you ready for it? If you’re a Madden fan, the answer is HELL YES. Madden NFL 25 is coming out in just a couple of weeks, and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend is so hot in it.
The 14-time Grammy Award winner’s beau is as hot as you can be in this year’s Madden, in fact. Today it was announced that Travis Kelce, of Tayvis fame, is rated 99 overall in the new video game and has set a record as the only player of his position to be in the 99 Club five times.
It’s just the latest chapter in Kelce’s long list of folklore. The future Hall of Famer is coming off of another dominant year as a pass-catcher and a Super Bowl victory to cap it off. I mean, who can forget Taylor and Travis embracing on the field as the confetti rained down?
The successful podcaster found out he was 99 again with a special package from EA, the makers of Madden, featuring a video message from legendary QB Eli Manning, a golden controller, a 99 card to display where he pleases, and a golden microphone to use on his popular New Heights show.
In the video, the always-joyful Kelce was feeling so high school, giddy as ever and sporting a mustache as he reacted to the news. He said being rated 99 is “always an honor,” but also said he hopes to earn the rating later this season on the field by ditching the clowns and getting the crown once more.
Madden NFL 25 will be released on Aug. 16, and Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs begin their 2024-25 season on Sept. 5 at home against the Baltimore Ravens. Meanwhile, Taylor Alison Swift will wrap up her legendary Eras Tour on Dec. 8 at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada. This means it should be a great season for Kelce and Swift because five plus eight equals 13.
