The path to get there may be complex, but once you reach the end of the line, you’ll have new cosmetic items for your original survivors in Dead by Daylight. Here’s how to claim all The Casting of Frank Stone rewards for Dead by Daylight.

How to claim The Casting of Frank Stone rewards

As the rewards opened on The Casting of Frank Stone‘s release date (Sept. 3, 2024), those who purchased TCoFS must take extra steps to claim the rewards for their DBD account. Make sure Dead by Daylight isn’t running while you claim the rewards. It’s best to use a windows browser to log in and claim.

Follow this step-by-step guide below to unlock The Casting of Frank Stone rewards:

  1. Go to the official Behaviour website.
  2. Log in or sign up to your Behaviour account.
  3. Select Connections tab on the left-side of the screen (underneath your account name).
  4. Link your platform of choice (where you play TCoFS and DBD).
  5. Return to the Game Library tab.
  6. Select Dead by Daylight by clicking on the Discover More button.
  7. Go to Rewards tab under the Dead by Daylight menu.
  8. Scroll down to The Casting of Frank Stone rewards.
  9. Hit Claim Now.
  10. Confirm by selecting Claim Rewards.

You must own both The Casting of Frank Stone and Dead by Daylight to claim. These rewards are exclusive to DBD, but require the purchase of Frank Stone to transfer the cosmetics over to your account. Make sure your platform’s account is linked before you try to claim.

Many are experiencing claiming issues, likely due to cross-progression. Owning both games on the same platform can reduce the risk of the rewards not showing up on your DBD account. To add to this dilemma, owning either game physically (rather than digitally) can cause the same error, where Deluxe Edition owners may only receive the base game rewards, or worse, they receive nothing.

If you experience any problems like these, be sure to contact the official Dead by Daylight support team.
