O Campeonato Mundial de League of Legends 2018 volta na semana que vem, e no último fim de semana, os grupos da etapa preliminar e da fase de grupos foram sorteados no canal oficial da Riot na Twitch.

As melhores equipes do mundo foram incluídas no sorteio, como kt Rolster, RNG, Team Liquid, Fnatic, os campeões Gen.G (antigo Samsung Galaxy) e outros. Várias grandes equipes terão de competir na etapa preliminar para chegar à fase de grupos, incluindo os brasileiros da KaBuM! e-Sports, a Cloud9 da América do Norte, a G2 Esports da Europa e a EDG da China.
