The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are crashing Injustice 2's party in this new trailer
You'll want to know all about these teenage mutant ninjas' hurtles. The Ninja Turtles are coming to Injustice 2, and they've got one totally radical, nostalgia-fueled trailer accompanying their storied debut in the fighter. NetherRealm Studios is bringing the turtles to one of its best fighters yet, and it looks like it's going to be a totally tubular party.
The heroes in a half shell have fans buzzing online with their debut, and this is our first true look at the squad in the game. It looks like, from the trailer, you'll get to play as your favorite turtle whether it's Donatello (correct) or Raphael (not so correct).
Leonardo and Michelangelo are there too, of course, all with their own distinct moves and voice lines. You can call for assistance from one of the other brothers during matches, and they can all dogpile on enemies for a special group move as well.
The details on how the turtles are going to be selectable in-game and how they'll be available for players are still up in the air but the fact that they're coming to the game is certainly enough to get excited about. There's a livestream being held today from NetherRealm Studios to help shed some light on some of these important questions at 4pm ET/1pm PT, so make sure you've got your questions ready and head on over there to get enlightened.
There's no release date just yet for the Turtles' debut, but the TMNT will likely be making their way to Injustice 2 in February, according to the trailer. You may want to brush up on your ninja skills in the meantime.
