PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is getting its 15th early access update this week, and it includes numerous important changes.

Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene revealed the contents of the weekly update in a blog post earlier today. Like all weekly updates before it, this one contains mainly bug fixes and maintenance to better improve the early access battle royale title.

The update's main feature will include a brand new server for Southeast Asia or "SEA." This additional server joins the current list, which includes North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and South and Central America.

Outside of the new server, week 15's update will also feature improved UI performance and a number of bug fixes.

The update is scheduled to hit PUBG's test servers on Wednesday, July 5. If things go well, it will be deployed to the live servers on Thursday, July 6.

PlayerUnknown recently teased a new desert map coming soon to the game, which has sold over four million copies in just three months of early access on Steam.
