Overwatch healer Ana is joining Heroes of the Storm today.

The new hero is live in Heroes now, alongside a new Overwatch-themed battleground called Volskaya Foundry. A new special event, Pachimari Mania, is also part of the massive update.

Ana, a burst healer, can both heal and do damage with her long-range sniper rifle. Likewise, her Biotic Grenades can deny healing for enemies on the field. Many of her abilities are nearly identical to her Overwatch ones, but Heroes adds a new ultimate, Eye of Horus. The new ability puts Ana into a sniper position where she can fire eight "specialized rounds" with unlimited range.

"Rounds hit the first allied or enemy hero or enemy structure in their path," Blizzard said in the patch notes. "Allies are healed for 300 and enemies are damaged for 175. Deals 50 percent damage to structures."

On Sept. 15, Blizzard revealed that Overwatch hero Junkrat will also join Ana in Heroes. Blizzard does not yet have a release date for him, however.
