Spooh lives in Tromsø, Norway but was born in the village of Gravdal, Norway.

Spooh was one of the first professional European SMITE players. Spooh and Hyrrok helped create the first European superteam, Bipolar Method. They jumped from team to team, eventually landing back on Bipolar Method. However, after a disappointing last place finish at the Gamescom 2013 Invitational, the team disbanded. He and teammate Hyrrok went to Torch, where Spooh was replaced by ShadowNightmare. He later resurfaced in the months leading up to the SMITE Launch Tournament. Torch was sponsored by Team Coast, whose roster invited him back after ShadowNightmare was removed from the team. Due to this short replacement notice, Coast was viewed as the weakest team in the running, and this prediction held true after Coast was beaten by COGnitive Gaming in the winners' bracket and then by Cloud 9 in the losers' bracket, knocking them out. Coast won no games during the tournament.

Spooh left the sponsor alongside his teammates, and did not join any teams afterwards. It is unknown when he stopped playing, but he can be still be seen in the community retweeting others.
