The NA qualifier will kick off on May 24 with 320 total teams competing. The groups will be split up into 16 lobbies of teams each, and the top 10 teams from each lobby after four matches played will move on to the second round.

May 25 begins the second round, where the top 10 teams from each lobby will again advance to round three played on May 26 and 27. The third round will feature 80 teams split up into four lobbies of 20 teams each, and the top 10 teams from each lobby will advance to the qualifier finals in Burbank, California.

The big show takes place in Burbank from June 22 to 24. The final 20 teams will meet there to compete in 12 matches across three days, and the top three teams will advance to the PGI in Berlin from July 25 to 29.

In Burbank, the 20 teams will compete for a $150,000 prize pool, with the top team taking home $32,000. Each team will earn something, though, with teams 17 through 20 taking home the smallest cut of $2,000 each.

Europe’s PGI qualifier stage began this weekend and continues today, as the PGI will truly be a global event. Europe, North America, and Asia will have the most teams from the 10 regions selected with three teams per region. Other regions like Korea, China, and Japan will offer two teams per region.
