The Overwatch Heroes Rumble, held at Blizzard Estadium in Taipei, Taiwan, will pit eight pick up teams—captained by Overwatch pros and personalities—against each other in a seriously weird tournament format. And it sounds amazing.

Machi Esports tank player Luo “DCrown” Sheng-Peng, Flash Wolves flex player Hsu “KMoMo” Mao-Chun, Hong Kong Attitude support player Kin-Long “ManGoJai” Wong, and Blank Esports support Ashley “Trill” Powell will form teams representing the Oceanic Pacific region.

French DPS player Dylan “aKm” Bignet, Overwatch streamer Brian “Kephrii” St. Pierre, Canadian DPS Liam “Mangachu” Campbell, and Finnish player Joonas “zappis” Alakurtti will put together teams representing the North American and European regions.

Full rosters will be announced “at a later date,” according to Blizzard.

The three-day tournament has a very unique format. The single-elimination tournament will be played in best-of-five series for the quarterfinals and semifinals, with the finals moving over to a best-of-seven series. But the matches aren’t just standard play. Instead, each game has a different game mode. Here’s how it breaks down.

Quarterfinals and Semifinals

  • Game one: 6v6 Competitive Play
  • Game two: 6v6 Competitive Play
  • Game three: 4v4 Team Deathmatch
  • Game four: 1v1 Limited Duel
  • Game five: 6v6 Competitive Play
