In the past, before Rising Tides’ release, Riot accidentally leaked voice lines for their champions in both the Bilgewater-based expansion, and Call of the Mountain. While Riot has tightened up its secure patching and sealed up any leaks regarding future expansions, it seems that popular Youtuber SkinSpotlights may have found data within the files for VO related to Empires of the Ascended.

The post Twitter has tons of voice lines from both League of Legends champions, and followers interacting with those same characters. The following champions either have speaking lines, or are mentioned by name specifically:

  • Zilean
  • Lissandra
  • Jarvan
  • LeBlanc
  • Pyke
  • Renekton
  • Kindred
  • Taliyah
  • Malphite
  • Ekko
  • Azir
  • Nasus
  • Sivir
  • Irelia

Some of the champions mentioned were certainly expected based on previous speculation, but there are a ton of pleasant surprises like Malphite.

While the immediate future for which champions will be released is known, the order for when they will join LoR is still unknown. Some of the champions can appear in the first expansion for the Empires of the Ascended set, or the second or third installment Guardians of the Ancient and Rise of the Underworlds, respectively.

Even if the release order is unknown, though, players looking to get advanced knowledge will enjoy having the ability to speculate with the exact roster.

LoR: Empires of the Ascended will release next month after the conclusion of the second Seasonal Tournament on March 3.
