Riot plans to add simple recall animations to older champions

Riot's design team is hard at work on recall animations.

Riot is set to give older champions and skins recall animations to coincide with more recent releases, the company confirmed earlier today.

Riot posted an example of one such change, showing the older recall animation for the champion Ahri and the new one that will be coming in a future patch, which is expected to be Patch 7.5.

This means that every single champion that did not have a recall animation will be getting one; 74 champions and over 351 skins will all be getting recall animations, which is a huge amount for Riot’s design team. Fans of these older champions will be happy to hear that some of their favorite characters are getting these long-awaited visual updates.
