LoL Patch 25.24 notes: All buffs, nerfs, and more

Snow blankets Summoner’s Rift once more, and as the holiday season creeps closer, League of Legends is back with its last patch of the year, filled with gifts, tweaks, and a frosty new vibe.

This last patch delivers a range of targeted balance tweaks, toning down champions that have dominated the meta while offering buffs to those struggling to keep up.

When does LoL Patch 25.24 release?

League updates are released on Wednesdays, and this schedule has remained the same for every patch this year. The updates are released to the PBE servers with new changes and skins before they are deployed on the live servers. The next and final update for this year is scheduled for Dec. 3, 2025. While the official release times across all regions are different, here are the usual timings for the update:

• 3pm CT (NA)
• 5am GMT (EU West)
• 3am CET (EU North East)
• 8am KR (Korea)

What’s in LoL Patch 25.24?

Patch 25.24 brings a relatively small number of changes before the next season, with a ton of buffs and nerfs. There are multiple skins to wrap up the year, some featuring pirates, such as Sunken Shadows Nami, Sunken Shadows Lucian, and Victorious Draven, along with a few that should pair well with Christmas coming soon.

These holiday-themed skins include Winter Wonder Zeri, Winter Wonder Milio, Reindeer Smolder, and Prestige Winterblessed Mel set to arrive in the shop with this update.

Champion buffs

The following champions are receiving buffs in League Patch 25.24:

Braum

• Base HP has been increased from 610 to 630. 

[P] Concussive Blows: Post-stun bonus damage on attack has been increased from 20 percent (5.2- 39.2) to 40 percent (10.4- 78.4).

Nasus

• Health has been increased from 631 to 650. 

[Q] Siphoning Strike: Damage has been increased from 35-115 to 40-120. 

Sejuani

[Q] Arctic Assault

• Cooldown has been decreased from 19-13 to 18-12.
• Mana Cost has been reduced from 70-90 to 60-80.
• AP Ratio has been increased from 60 to 75 percent. 

[W] Winter’s Wrath

• Mana Cost has been reduced from 65 to 60. 
• AP Ratio has been increased from 20 to 30 percent.
  

[E] Permafrost

• AP Ratio has been increased from 60 to 70 percent. 

[R] Glacial Prison: Cooldown has been decreased from 130/110/90 to 120/105/90.

Swain

[P] Heal has been increased from 3-6 percent to 6 percent. 

Viktor

[Q] Siphon Power: Shield has been increased from 40-115+18 percent to 40-140+25 percent. 

Champion nerfs

The following champions are receiving nerfs in League Patch 25.24:

Dr Mundo

[Q] Infected Bonesaw: Max HP monster cap has been decreased from 350-650 to 300-600. 

Kayn

Shadow Assassin passive damage amp has been decreased from 25-45 percent to 20-40 percent.

Kha’Zix

[W] Void Spike: Base damage has been decreased from 85-205 to 75-195.

Master Yi

• Base HP has been decreased from 655 to 640. 
• AD Growth has been decreased from 2.8 to 2.5.

Mel

[E] Solar Snare

• Hit Damage has been decreased from 60-240+60 percent to 60-220+60 percent. 
• Mana cost has been increased from 50-70 to 50-90. 
• DoT damage per second has been decreased from 16-80+8 percent to 16-56+8 percent.
• DoT linger duration has been decreased from 0.75 to 0.5 seconds.

Rune adjustments

• Life steal per stack has been changed from 0.4 to 0.45 percent. 
• Maximum life steal has been increased from six to 6.75 percent.
