LoL Patch 25.13 notes: All buffs and nerfs

It’s MSI time!

After the last League of Legends patch aimed at balancing the game ahead of the 2025 Mid-Season Invitational, the developer is further making small buffs and nerfs to the champions set to take center stage on the international stage.

While some of League buffs landed well in the previous patch, others made champions overpowered, so the developer is reverting some of those buffs while making minor adjustments across the board.

Patch 25.13 contains minor buffs and nerfs to several champions, which could see some play in the MSI 2025. As the tournament features Fearless Drafts, these buffs and nerfs should allow players to choose a wide variety of champions. The patch also features the Act Two pass, which includes Spirit Blossom Zed (Prestige), Nightbringer Evelynn, and Dawnbringer Janna cosmetics.

Champion buffs

The following champions will all be receiving buffs in League Patch 25.13:

Briar

  • [W] Blood Frenzy: Attacks can no longer be cancelled, making it better against running targets.
  • [R] Certain Death: Post-cast time has been decreased from 0.25 to 0.15 and it scales with attack speed.

Fiddlesticks

Small buffs to help the champion without buffing his support role.

[W] Bountiful Harvest: Damage has been increased from 120–360+80 to 120–360+90 percent AP.

Gangplank

Gangplank’s poke damage has been struggling since Biscuit’s mana removal, so he’s getting a few buffs to make him relevant in the meta.

  • [Q] Parrrley: Mana cost reduced from 55–35 to 50–30.
  • [R] Cannon Barrage: Cooldown reduced from 170/150/130 to 160/140/120.

Irelia

Irelia is getting help with her lane strength, particularly in high Elo, where she has underperformed since previous nerfs.

[P] Ionian Fervor

  • Attack speed has been increased from 7.5–25 percent (max 30–100 percent) to 10–25 percent (max 40–100 percent).
  • Bugfix: Updates attack speed on level-up while buffed.

Kindred

[R] Lamb’s Respite: Coolown has been decreased from 180/150/120 to 160/140/120.

Nidalee

She’s getting minor adjustments to help land max-range spears more reliably with better reward.

[Q ]Javelin Toss: Damage range scaling has been increased from 100–300 to 100–325 percent.

Rammus

The developer is reverting some of the pre-release overnerfs, especially in late-game tankiness. These buffs intend to make him feel sturdier again and bring him back into the meta.

  • HP Growth has increased from 94 to 100.
  • [W] Defensive Ball Curl: Resists have been increased from 27+30–60 to 27–47+30–60 percent. Flat resists are still multiplied by percent resists.

Champion nerfs

The following champions will all be receiving nerfs in League Patch 25.13:

Ryze

The champion’s strength of early game Rune Prison harass is getting affected, which has been allowing him to snowball the lane unfairly. However, the developer is not intending to push him out of the meta.

[W] Rune Prison

  • Base damage has been decreased from 70-190 to 60-180.
  • Mana cost has increased from 40-100 to 50-90.

Twisted Fate

The developer is reverting some of the buffs he received in the last patch.

  • [R] Destiny: Cooldown has been increased from 160/130/100 to 170/140/110.

Vi

[P] Blast Shield’s shields have been reduced from 14 to 12 percent max HP for three seconds.

Yorick

Armor has been decreased from 39 to 36.
