Keria’s 200 IQ Wolf play at Worlds 2025 proves why he’s one of the best LoL supports

Big Brain plays.

When it comes to clutch moments in League of Legends esports, few players think as fast and act as sharply as T1’s star support, Keria. His playmaking instincts have become a cornerstone of T1’s international success in recent years, often turning teamfights through creative positioning and bold decision-making that few others would even attempt.

At Worlds 2025, Keria delivered a play that awed the League community with its creativity. While playing against Top Esports in the semifinals, he pulled off a moment of pure brilliance with Neeko, catching the enemy AD carry Jackeylove to secure an easy kill.

Using the champion’s Inherent Glamour passive, he disguised himself as a small Murk Wolf and lingered unseen in the enemy jungle. From there, he quietly tracked the opponents rotating toward the bottom side, slipping through their towers, even past an active tier-one turret and taking just a single shot without breaking his illusion.

The wolf placed a control ward in the bush and sent out a clone to occupy the area using his Shapesplitter ability. As the enemy spent an extra second killing the fake wolf, Keria wrapped around the red buff and landed his Pop Blossom ultimate on Jackeylove and the enemy jungler. Even though Keria took a tower shot while crossing the enemy jungle, it didn’t reveal his position on the map, which was critical to make the play work in this high-stakes match.

As Keria is one of the strongest supports at the tournament, his popular champion picks like the Bard and Rakan are often banned by the enemy team. As a result, Neeko is Keria’s most-played champion at Worlds 2025, according to stats DPM.lol, on which he has a 75 percent win rate.

Neeko’s old passive was reworked in Patch 13.9, granting her the ability to shapeshift into jungle monsters, minions, wards, and other allied units. This change opened up countless creative possibilities, allowing players to catch opponents off guard through unexpected disguises. In recent months, Neeko players have even transformed into cannon minions to tank turret shots during dives. This tactic has sparked lively discussion within the community about the limits of her deceptive power.

Keria and T1 will face KT Rolster in the grand finals of Worlds 2025 on Nov. 9.
