ENVYUS ANNOUNCE FULL LOL ROSTER

EnVyUs announce their AD Carry and Jungler for the upcoming LCS split

The NA LCS organization Team EnVyUs announced today on their Twitter the signing of former Dignitas and Apex AD carry Apollo “Apollo” Price, as well as former Afreeca Freecs jungler, Nam “LirA” Tae-yoo, thus completing their roster for 2017.

Apollo previously played for Team Apex, which later became acquired by Dignitas. Apollo had an average 2016 season on Apex, fufilling the position of a role player, rather than a playmaker like Yiliang “Doublelift” “Peter” Peng. This signing seems to be the result of a trade EnVyUs made with Dignitas, where EnVyUs traded Benjamin “LOD” deMunck for Apollo.

EnVyUs’ new jungler, LirA, previously played for the LCK team Afreeca Freecs for two years. LirA was considered one of the better junglers during this past LCK season. LirA, alongside Jeon “ikssu” Ik-soo were the first members of the 2016 Afreeca Freecs roster to leave the team, announcing their free agency on November 2nd.

EnVyUs’ full roster coming into 2017 is as follows:

  • Top: Shin “Seraph” Woo-yeong
  • Jungler: Nam “LirA” Tae-yoo
  • Mid: Noh “Ninja” Geon-woo
  • AD Carry: Apollo “Apollo” Price
  • Support: Nickolas “Hakuho” Surgent
