Importance of the game
 I think that a game between Team ROCCAT and GIANTS Gaming is the most important in the context of playoffs in EU LCS Summer Regular Split. Let’s see what matches are left:
If we count every game versus Fnatic as lose and every game versus Copenhagen Wolves as win situation will look like that. Top 3 clinch playoffs.

As you can see if GIANTS beat ROCCAT, GIANTS will be secured playoffs (of course if we assume CW loses and Fnatic wins). With 9 wins only Gambit and UoL will be able to catch them and 3 teams advance. If ROCCAT wins versus GIANTS their situation won’t be that sure but they won’t need to pray that UoL will lose their games versus Gambit and GIANTS because of tie-breakers. Then ROCCAT, GIANTS and Gambit will advance. GIANTS is by far in the best situation in tie-breakers and ROCCAT is in the worst spot.
Power of Poke
I think that picking the exact setup is the most important for both of these teams. The main aspect is that both of them are the best in the Poke style. Let’s see below:

Out of 13 won games by both ROCCAT and GIANTS 11 comes from poke setups. It’s around 85% which is huge number. While playing with poke setup both of them get around 6.3 assists per game and while not they do nearly twice less (3.7). The difference between two players is champion pool. Pepi plays Ezreal, Xerath and Kog’Maw while nukeduck adopted Azir. GIANTS will have advantage in the pick and ban phase. More in the next paragraphs.
Power of Disengage
The next big thing we have to take look on is G0DFRED. First let’s see the stats and you will see what’s going on:

As you can see 100% of the wins that GIANTS got this season were when G0DFRED picked Disengage support. GIANTS wins games when Fr3deric is the main engage tool and G0DFRED is assuming that Pepi and Adryh can output enough DMG in the poke setups. ROCCAT has to ban Morgana and play around Janna. In the same time Vander has also insane KDA on Janna/Morgana with 2 wins 2 loses and 14.33 KDA.
Jax still on the Field
Let’s pray that ROCCAT will ban Jax against Werlyb again. Last time this season they didn’t do so and Werlyb finished a game with 3-0-7 and insane DMG done. If we take a look at Werlyb champion pool Jax is the only champion with more than 50% win ratio with more than 2 games. (with less than 2 games he has Galio and Hecarim both on 100% WR.)
GIANTS with advantage at pick&ban phase
ROCCAT has to ban Jax. Dot. Dot. If they won’t do it they will make the same mistake like last time again. Then they have few picks that will cause some problems for them: Ezreal, Varus, Jayce, Morgana, Janna, Sivir and Maokai. I really really think that ROC should go for Jax, Morgana and Ezreal. The problem is that GIANTS played Galio last week and it forces Steve or Nukeduck to play something physical. If I were GIANTS in this situation I would go for banning Azir, Jayce and Maokai and in the same time I would first pick Varus. Varus will be the most important pick in this rotation. GIANTS need to make sure that ROCCAT won’t pick Jayce and Maokai at the same time. Physical DMG Poke and AP engage tool is what counters GIANTS setups if they do not have Morgana. GIANTS have advantage because they can decide what will happen in the first rotation. ROCCAT will try to leave 3 power picks so they can grab two. GIANTS should leave only 1 or make sure there is more than 3 open. Banning Jayce and Azir and picking Varus is a key to the comfort situation. Good luck to the teams!
