All Cartel Dealer locations in Schedule 1

They will steal your customers unless you deal with them first.

The Cartel update in Schedule 1 brings the powerful Benzies family into play as your main rivals in Hyland Point, and if you’re aiming to grow your empire, tracking down their dealers is essential. These cartel dealers are spread across five major spots in the city, and taking them out isn’t just about clearing enemies; it’s the key to cutting down their influence and gaining control of new territories.

Success here really comes down to preparation. By learning dealer spawn points, how they work, and the best farming strategies, you can shift the balance in your favor. Instead of constantly fighting against cartel control, you’ll be breaking their grip district by district and carving out space for your own rise to power.

Here’s everything you need to know about cartel dealers in Schedule 1.

Cartel dealers in Schedule 1’s Cartel update spawn at set locations once you’ve unlocked each region of Hyland Point, and knowing exactly where to find them can give you a huge advantage.

In Westville, you’ll run into your first dealer inside a boarded-up building right next to Dean’s Tattoo Shop. For many players, this marks the starting point of cartel encounters, usually unlocking once you’ve built up your first set of customer networks.

Over in Downtown, things get a little trickier. The dealer hides inside one of the apartment buildings between the Diner and the Canal. Because they operate out of a residential space rather than a commercial one, spotting them can be more challenging compared to other areas.

The Docks dealer adds another layer of tension. You’ll find them in Billy’s house, positioned right next to the police checkpoint and close to the purchasable Warehouse. While the nearby law enforcement presence raises the stakes, it also makes the location easy to identify on the map.

In Suburbia, the dealer sets up near Jane’s camper van inside a building with a locked door. This spot is often considered one of the most efficient farming points because of its predictable spawn timings and relatively safe, isolated placement.

Finally, there’s Uptown, where the dealer runs operations out of The Crimson Canary. As the top-tier district dealer, this is usually the last one players unlock, representing the final step in dismantling cartel influence across Hyland Point.

How cartel dealers work in Schedule 1

Cartel dealers in Schedule 1’s Cartel update behave almost exactly like the dealers you recruit for your own network. NPC customers reach out to them for orders, they leave their base to handle the transaction, and then they return to their hideout once the deal is done. That cycle gives you multiple windows of opportunity to track them down and interfere with their operations.

One of the most useful details to know is their daily spawn pattern. Dealers briefly appear right at midnight, popping up outside their designated building for just a second before heading back inside. If you’re waiting in the right spot, you can use this split-second spawn to guarantee an encounter.

They also follow set active hours depending on where they’re based. For example, in Suburbia, you’ll often see the dealer coming out near Jane’s camper between 11:30am and noon, when customer traffic is at its peak. Timing your visits around these patterns makes farming them a lot easier.

Their activity is also tied directly to customer presence. If you’ve already recruited every customer in a region, the cartel dealer in that district won’t have anyone left to serve. That essentially wipes out their street presence and removes the risk of them interfering with your operations.

Influence of cartel dealers and farming rewards

Eliminating cartel dealers in Schedule 1’s Cartel update is one of the most effective ways to weaken their grip on Hyland Point. Every time you take one out, you’re cutting directly into cartel influence and creating more room for your own empire to grow.

Knocking out a dealer immediately reduces their influence by 50 points. Choosing to kill them has the same impact, with another 50 shaved off their control. But if you decide to knock them out first and then finish the job, the total penalty doubles, dealing a massive 100-point blow to cartel dominance in that area.

Because of how impactful these numbers are, dealer eliminations rank among the most efficient strategies for securing new territories. When you pair these takedowns with graffiti campaigns to spread your own presence and ambush victories to suppress their operations, you’ll find yourself dismantling cartel influence across entire districts in no time.
