Halo 5: Guardians

BabyJ made his first impact on the Halo 5 scene early, attending Iron Games Daytona 2015 as a member of Cyber Bullies alongside EccentriK, Prawn and JuicyFruit. They had an unfortunate matchup in Round 2 of the Open Bracket against eventual event winners Daytona, but were still able to make a Losers Bracket run and make it to the Group Stage. Escaping Pool Play despite a singular loss to Crowd Pleasers, Cyber Bullies were able to defeat the Liquid Vibe squad 3-0, but fell to Fatal Ambition in 5 games in the following round. In the Losers' Bracket, they were once again put up against Daytona, who ended Cyber Bullies' event with a 3-0 sweep to send them home with a top 6 placing.

During the Halo World Championship 2016 qualifying season, BabyJ took part in the North American qualifiers, rarely placing in the top 16. He was ultimately unable to qualify for the NA Regional Finals and missed out on Worlds as a result.

BabyJ returned to action during the Summer Pro League qualifying series. He formed No Barber But We Tapen alongside Falcated, Claim and Exemplify, successfully qualifying for the Last Chance Qualifier, but left the team before the Qualifier occurred. BabyJ then joined Torment alongside Turley, NYSea and EccentriK for the Summer Open Circuit. Turley and NYSea were replaced midway through the season by SwiSh and Exemplify, and SwiSh was replaced by KingNick the following week. After qualifying for the Open Circuit Finals as the fifth seed, Torment replaced EccentriK with Musa. In the OC Finals, Torment finished 4th after a 3-0 loss to Team eLevate. BabyJ then attended the Pro League Season Finals to compete in the $5,000 amateur FFA, which he won.

The Torment roster then replaced Musa with the veteran Nemassist for 2050 Chattanooga, picking up a sponsor in the form of Weedmaps Gaming. The team plowed through the Open Bracket and made it out of Group Play, upsetting Team Randa with a reverse sweep in the process. In the Championship Bracket, Weedmaps faced early adversity in the form of Enigma6 Group, losing a 3-1 series to the Pro League squad. Weedmaps were then upset in dramatic fashion by SneakyBran and his Infamous eSports roster, resulting in another top 6 finish for BabyJ.

After Chattanooga, BabyJ set his sights back on qualifying for the Pro League, joining Team eLevate alongside Randa, Aries and TireIron. eLevate released the roster after two weeks of subpar results in the Fall Open Circuit. The team was then picked up by MoneyMatches, birthing the MoneyMatches Ego Rangers. At HCS Orange County 2016, BabyJ received an offer to join MoneyMatches' pro-seeded, flagship team - The MoneyMatches Team alongside ContrA, Ace and Renegade. He accepted, resulting in Str8 SicK subbing in for him on the Ego Rangers roster. In the 4v4, TMMT made a stunning upset when they defeated Team Liquid in 5 games, leading to the biggest match of BabyJ's career thus far against none other than OpTic Gaming. Sure enough, the Green Wall breezed through with a quick 3-0, sending TMMT to Losers. What came next was an unexpected thrashing from the popular am squad Most Wanted, sending BabyJ and his team home with another top 6 finish. In the FFA portion of the event, BabyJ finished top 16.

Despite his absence, Ego Rangers successfully qualified for the Open Circuit Finals at HCS Las Vegas 2016 without him, but the team disbanded before the event came to pass. BabyJ then found himself on CADS alongside Calm, Arkanum and Daffs. One poor result would be enough for BabyJ to jump ship, as he then joined GameTyrant alongside ROB THE TURTLE, TiZoXiC and Chaser. They closed out the Open Circuit season as a top team and promptly changed their name to Dynasty, a homage to TiZoXiC's old MLG team, prior to the Vegas event. In Vegas, Dynasty failed to place top 2 in the Open Circuit Finals, placing 3rd and missing out on Relegation. In the Championship Bracket, Dynasty finished top 16 after losses to Team Allegiance and BitterSweet.

BabyJ spent the first half of the Esports Minor League Fall Season on Dynasty before leaving during the transfer period. He is now a member of a currently unnamed team alongside Prototype, RyaNoob and DasTroyed.
