New clothing options for PUBG have been datamined, including skirts and more
If you're sick of wearing the same old basic clothing in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, you're in luck. Some new cosmetic items may be on the way soon, according to a post on Reddit.
Redditor "DevinWatson" has posted a photo album of a variety of cosmetic items that they claim to have datamined from the game files of PUBG (somehow). There are quite a few varieties of clothing, such as new trenchcoats, backpacks, short-shorts, hats, hooded sweartshirts, and even mini skirts.
Currently, players in PUBG can earn points via performing well in-game that can then be used to purchase a box that contains one cosmetic item. Those items are limited to a few different varieties of shirts, pants, shoes, gloves, and gas masks. But this new photo album looks like there will be a lot more options one day.
It's unknown if all of the images are of clothing that are purely cosmetic, or if the armor-like pieces of attire will function as defensive armor. There's also no release window or confirmation of the inclusion of these items in the game.
Check out the full album on Imgur to see all of the pieces of attire that were apparently found in the game's files.
