It's safe to say that Nintendo brought a strong showing to gamescom this year, with interest particularly targeted towards Super Mario Odyssey.

It's unsurprising that the Nintendo Switch's upcoming Mario game performed well on the show floor. IBTimes UK reports that Super Mario Odyssey's booth was "easily among the most popular at the show," with an enormous line for attendees eager to play the game. Super Mario Odyssey launches on Oct. 27 for the Switch.
