If you skipped out on purchasing a Nintendo 2DS in the past because you didn't like the color schemes, there's a brand new version that might just strike your fancy.

Zelda fans will want to get their hands on the upcoming "Link green" Nintendo 2DS with orange buttons and a copy of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D pre-installed on the system. It'll cost $79.99 for the bundle, which will be available on Black Friday this year.

Given that Nintendo recently pushed out the New Nintendo 2DS XL, it's interesting that this Zelda-branded unit is one that the company has decided to push during the holidays. While there are other color schemes meant for Mario and Pokémon fans as well, this marks the first Zelda-themed 2DS specifically in the series.

Unfortunately, there's no gorgeous deep purple 2DS with The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask pre-installed coming out. That would be too perfect.

The last Zelda-related game that released for Nintendo 3DS was the Dynasty Warriors-esque Hyrule Warriors Legends, and The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes before that. There are several others, however, on the system, so if you know younger children looking to get into Zelda, the 2DS is a great introduction, especially with its bright and colorful shell.
