On this week’s episode of The Leaderboard, the panel takes a closer look at the match fixing scandal that has shaken then Counter-Strike scene to its core.

Four former iBUYPOWER players and others involved in the fix were banned from Counter-Strike events associated with Valve, and other leagues and organizations were quick to follow the developer's lead after the decision was made. Our panel considers what might happen to other teams and players proven to have been involved in match fixing, and whether Valve should apply the same punishment to them as was handed down to such players are Sam “Dazed” Marine and Braxton “Swag” Pierce.

The panel also discuss Team SoloMid’s acquisition of the former Dignitas Counter-Strike team, and a recent controversy in the world of Hearthstone regarding players watching streams of their own competitive matches.
