Destiny 2's first Faction Rally of season two will kick off next Tuesday, and all three factions are bringing new gear with them.

Each faction will have exclusive gear that will be sold for just 1,000 Glimmer if they win the Faction Rally by having the most packages turned in, but there's a lot of new gear, too.

The most noteworthy change is the ornaments that have come to change up the look of the faction armor, giving all three factions a distinct look and a change from the original aesthetic.

The 1.1.1 patch will also come with the Faction Rally on Tuesday, bringing about a number of new additions like Masterwork weapons. Masterworks add unique perks like kill counters and the ability to spawn orbs with kills and they can be applied to Legendary weapons.

A much welcome fix will come, too, as the Prometheus Lens which is currently wreaking havoc in the Crucible due to a bug, will be fixed.

Another big change will be how vendors work, as players will be able to purchase specific gear from them by using Legendary Shards and tokens, as opposed to hoping to get lucky from a level up package.

Update 1.1.1 is scheduled to go live some time in the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 12.
