Bungie are getting involved in helping those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

The game's community has responded overwhelmingly to the situation in Texas. Games Done Quick, the biannual speedrunning competition raised $200,000 over the weekend and now Bungie are making time to support the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Bungie has added a new product listing on the Bungie Store that gives players the opportunity to purchase a commemorative pin with all of the $14.99 going to Direct Relief. The physical pin also includes a code for a special Destiny 2 in-game emblem that can be displayed on players’ profiles.

“There are many other ways to get involved,” Bungie said. “Even if a pin or emblem isn’t your thing, we urge you to help those impacted by Hurricane Harvey in your own way. Get involved. Donate to a charity of your choice. Help spread the word and support those who are helping in whatever ways they can.”
