The official Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta is less than a month away, and some of its gameplay features have already leaked. If the alleged information is true, then Battlefront 2 fans will have an exciting start to their October.

According to VG247, noted Reddit leaker u/Some_Info has shared a wide assortment of information about the upcoming Battlefront 2 beta. According to Some_Info, the beta will launch on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. It will clock in around 14 to 16 GBs, and will feature three maps: a Galactic Assault mode on Theed with 40 players, a Starfighter Assault map over Fondor with 24 players, and a Strike on Takodana map.

A Skirmish mode is also coming to Battlefront 2, allegedly called Arcade or "something like that." That iteration will come with solo play, split-screen, and co-op. No new heroes will be playable in the beta, unfortunately. Instead, the same set previously shown off during E3 2017's EA Play will be available. The LAAT is also coming to the game, as well as a surprise vehicle.

The Star Wars Battlefront 2 beta runs from Oct. 6 to Oct. 9, with early access on Oct. 4 for players who pre-order. Battlefront 2 launches for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Nov. 17.
