Sportradar delivers AI support to BETesporte’s responsible gaming push in Brazil

Bettor Sense for better betting behavior.

Aimed at bolstering safer gambling practices within Brazil’s newly regulated betting market, Sportradar Group AG has teamed up with BETesporte to roll out its advanced AI-driven solution, Bettor Sense.

BETesporte becomes the first operator in the country to integrate the cutting-edge platform, which is engineered to detect and address early signs of gambling-related risk. The adoption underscores the operator’s strong commitment to responsible gaming and enhanced player protection.

The integration of Bettor Sense positions BETesporte as a pioneer in responsible gaming within the Latin American market. The platform is fully compliant with current regulatory standards and reflects the industry’s rising focus on data-driven safety mechanisms.

In addition to adopting Bettor Sense, BETesporte has joined Sportradar’s Integrity Exchange, a global intelligence-sharing network designed to identify and report suspicious betting activity. This system connects betting operators with Sportradar’s Integrity Services division, enhancing transparency and strengthening the fight against match-fixing and corruption.

“This partnership with BETesporte marks an important milestone for Sportradar’s ongoing mission to help shape secure and sustainable sports betting and iGaming industries,” Tom Mace, SVP of Integrity & Regulatory Services, Product & Strategy at Sportradar, said.

For BETesporte, the collaboration represents more than just technological advancement: it’s a statement of purpose. “BETesporte is fully committed to transparency and security across all its operations. The partnership with Sportradar, through the integration of Bettor Sense and the Integrity Exchange, reinforces our dedication to fostering a responsible and ethical betting environment in line with regulatory standards,” CEO Marcos Pereira said.

“Sportradar’s advanced technology enables us to anticipate and prevent risky behavior, ensuring our bettors have the best possible experience with complete safety. We will continue working tirelessly to protect the integrity of sport and the trust of our users, which remains our top priority,” Pereira added.

As Brazil and other gambling markets adopt stricter regulatory frameworks, solutions like Bettor Sense signal a pivotal shift from reactive measures to proactive player protection. This AI-driven approach also reflects goal of Sportradar to expand beyond its traditional sports and esports data services.
