BETER has strengthened its presence in the United States after obtaining a Vendor Minor Licence from the Colorado Division of Gaming.
The approval allows the renowned fast-betting esports and sports content provider to deliver its live data and streams to licensed operators across the state.
“The U.S. is considered one of the most tightly regulated markets in the world, so securing approval in Colorado is a testament to the dedication of our legal team and the outstanding quality of our products, especially in terms of integrity and adherence to the rules of fair play,” Ehrlich, CEO at BETER, said.
ESportsBattle debuts in the U.S. as BETER secures license in Colorado

The license covers BETER’s flagship ESportsBattle tournaments, which currently feature eFootball and eBasketball, along with the Setka Cup table tennis series. Both offerings are now live on bet365’s Colorado platform, extending a long-standing partnership between the two companies.
“It’s an honor to launch in Colorado with bet365, an esteemed partner of ours and one of the top brands in the U.S. market, making its Colorado players the first in the country to access ESportsBattle tournaments,” Ehrlich said.
This launch in Colorado also marks the debut of its flagship ESportsBattle tournaments in the United States, providing fans with more betting options for esports.
Colorado becomes the second U.S. state to grant regulatory approval to BETER, following the Vendor Registration it received from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) in April. That earlier approval allowed BETER to introduce its Setka Cup series to bettors in New Jersey.

With the addition of Colorado, BETER continues its mission to make its fast-paced betting products accessible to more American players through trusted and regulated channels.
“As always, I would like to thank our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, for supporting our licensing efforts in Colorado and for their continued work with us as we actively pursue licenses in other U.S. jurisdictions, including such states as North Carolina, Arizona, Indiana, and others,” Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER said.
BETER provides 24/7 live streaming, real-time data, and ultra-accurate odds for approximately 700,000 fast-paced events each year, covering a broad mix of esports and sports disciplines. Each event offers up to 50 betting markets, with an average operator margin exceeding 7.5 percent.
The company’s premium esports betting portfolio also features popular global titles such as CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends, and VALORANT.
To ensure fairness and transparency, BETER’s offerings are supported by integrity partnerships with the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) and the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA).
