Epic Games reveals first Fortnite Summer Block Party

Pre-registration is now open until May 13.

Beginning June 15, Fortnite’s Summer Block Party will feature the game’s top content creators and celebrities, including Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Dillon Francis, and Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco. Teams will face off in the game’s first Creative tournament with a new player-made game mode specifically designed for the event.

On the following day, Fortnite’s Celebrity Pro-Am will make its return for the second year in a row. Last year, the Pro-Am paired 50 Fortnite players with a celebrity duo for $3 million in prize money. Fans will be able to watch their favorite players as they battle it out to see who will emerge victorious in this year’s event.

The Summer Block Party will take place at The Forum in Inglewood, California. Tickets start at $35 and give fans access to both days of the event in addition to the Fortnite Fan Festival. Those who attend will get the chance to meet over 20 Fortnite characters, ride on zip lines, and visit attractions such as Pizza Pete’s and Fortnite Mini Golf.

Verified fan registration opened today but will close at 12am CT on May 14. Fans can pre-register for the Summer Block Party through Fortnite’s Ticketmaster Verified Fan website to be among the first to be notified when tickets go on sale on May 15 at 12pm CT.

General public ticket sales will open two days later at 12pm CT. Those who are unable to attend in person can watch the event live on Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer.
