A former a college football player, Skyler "FoRePLayy" Johnson first stumbled into video games after a football career ending ankle injury. "I just needed something else to do with my time, I couldn't do much with a hurt ankle." FoRePLayy went on to find out about Major League Gaming and other tournaments hosted by MLG's GameBattles, which is when FoRePLayy went on to create what is one of the greatest teams in FPS eSports history, Team EnVyUs. While on Team EnVyUs, FoRePLayy helped the team win four Pro Circuit Ladders (PCL's). Three second places got the team recognized in the Call of Duty eSports scene the MLG National Championship 2008 with teammates StaiNViLLe, Nemesis, and Fierce; MLG National Championship 2009 with teammates StaiNViLLe, SiDRoC, current professional Call of Duty players ProoFy and Sharp. Also at this time FoRePLayy decided to take a break from competing and started to focus on YouTube and smaller side tournaments. It was during this period when the "FoRePLayyGang" was created. "FoRePLayyGang" is the name given to his followers and subscribers, FoRePLayy is known for having some of the most loyal and passionate fans in the Call of Duty scene. Returning again onto the pro circuit scene with the release of Black Ops 2, he is known for keeping his teammates motivated and his very unselfish SMG playstyle. With Call of Duty Ghost being his favorite CoD in the series other than Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2, FoRePLayy is trying to build a team that can head to the top of the leader boards, just like he did way back for EnVyUs.
