North American Rejects is back
The team that took the North American International Qualifier by storm in 2014 is back, and it has a new and dangerous core to boot.
Steven “Korok” Ashworth and Ioannis “Fogged” Loucas announced the return of North American Rejects this morning, with a new batch of players hungry for redemption. The first iteration of the team caught several sides napping on its run up to The International. But the revamped version my be more dangerous than ever.
Chris “Ush” Usher brings a new level of potency to a lineup that failed to make an impact during the International group stage in Seattle last year. During his time with Sneaky Nyx Assassins, Team Fire, and Champions of Summer’s Rift, Usher accumulated a 54.6 percent win rate over 208 games, with an impressive KDA of 6.1.
Joining Usher is Scott “Bleek” Jensen in the support role and Arif “MSS” Ashworth in a lineup that combines veteran experience with young talent. With qualifiers just around the corner and teams like Not Today and eHug showing promise, North American Rejects "version 2.0" will look to prove that lightning can strike twice and book a spot in Seattle in August.
