Speak to the Cheshire Cat
Pop back into the Wonderland Forest by poking the mushroom near Alice. Follow the path to the clearing with the ever-elusive Cheshire Cat, who (of course) talks in riddles. He hints that you’ll need more of something called Contrary Perfume to help Alice return to normal.
Where to find the Contrary Perfume Ingredients
Fish for a Jar of Hearts
Head toward the entrance of the Wonderland Realm, and look for gold fishing bubbles in the water nearby. Cast your Royal Fishing Rod to reel in the sparkly Jar of Heart Candies.
Help the Singing Flowers
Wander into the center clearing where a Singing Daffodil is having a bit of a dry spell. Water the three smaller flowers nearby, and once they perk up, grab the two Bags of Discontented Seeds they leave behind.
Cheer up the Blue Mushroom
Near the forest entrance, you’ll spot a rather sad-looking blue mushroom. To lift its spirits, put on something blue (a hat, shoes—anything counts!), then stand beside it. A small Blue Mushroom will pop up for you to collect.
How to solve the Pencil Bird’s riddles in the Alice in Wonderland Realm (DDV)
Just beyond the mushroom, you’ll meet the Pencil Bird. He’s sat on a pile of books, and you’ve walked past him several times between Wonders of Wonderland and this quest.
Answer five Wonderland-themed riddles, and you’ll earn the last ingredient: a Wonderland Plaque. Here are all the answers to the Pencil Bird’s riddles if you’re stuck:

Craft the Contrary Perfume
With all your ingredients in hand, find the crafting bench near the Wonderland Realm entrance. Combine everything to make Contrary Perfume. Return to Alice via the springy mushroom in the top right clearing, and hand it over to help her grow. Success!

Investigate the Tea Table
Alice wants to rescue some woodland critters the Queen has locked up, but she needs keys—four of them. Shrink down using the perfume again and take a photo of the tea table to scope things out. Climb up the stack of plates to reach the bulb and spray some perfume. Step into the puddle to grow back to normal size.
Where to find the Queen’s Game Pieces in the Alice in Wonderland Realm (DDV)
To build paths across the tea table, you’ll need to find a few odd items:
- Playing Cards: Behind the tea table near the croquet setup.
- Lost Marbles: Down the narrow path past the white rosebush.
- Lovely Dice: In an alcove near two white rosebushes.
- Tea Spoon: Given to you by Alice.
Add all four to the tea table.
Where to find the Four Cage Keys in the Alice in Wonderland Realm (DDV)
- Key 1: Head toward the pink cupcake, then dig into the icing with your Shovel (twice!) to unearth the final key. Climb up cards and spoons, knock over a teacup, and use your Pickaxe on a teapot. Fish the key out of the newly filled cup.
- Key 2: Melt the pile of sugar cubes with your Watering Can to find this key. Take the narrow card path between two teacups, climb up, and grab the key.
- Key 3: Take the narrow card path between two teacups, climb up, and grab the key.
- Key 4: Climb up cards and spoons, knock over a teacup, and use your Pickaxe on a teapot. Fish the key out of the newly filled cup.
Once you have all four cage keys, grow back to regular size using the perfume puddle and hand over the keys. The garden’s a mess, though, and it looks like you’re not quite done with Wonderland just yet…
